What exactly counts as a seat?

An active account for someone on your team — staff, administrators, and employees who operate the software. The people you serve are free: volunteers, puppy raisers, clients, donors, and board members can all log in without using a seat. Deactivated (archived) and internal shadow accounts never count. Freeing up room is as simple as deactivating a team member who's left.

How many seats do we start with?

Your license carries a seat limit set when you sign up; add a pack of 5 for $25/mo whenever you need more, or move to an unlimited-seat license. We'll size it with you.

Are the included training calls really free?

Yes. Your plan comes with a one-time allotment of guided onboarding sessions — 1 with Essentials, 2 with Program, 3 with Complete — at no extra cost. It's part of your tier, not a monthly recurring credit. Additional 1-hour sessions are $150 each whenever you need them.

Can extra sessions cover anything?

Onboarding, module rollouts, workflow reviews, refreshers — whatever helps your team get more out of the platform. Each is a scheduled, operator-led 1-hour call.
